Founded in 2011, Suit Dreams is a charitable organization which aims to educate and prepare young high school male students of color in the New York and Chicago areas for future career endeavors and provide them with the tools to interact in professional environments. In addition to the gifting of tailored suits, Suit Dreams organizes corporate field trips in an effort to expose the students in their program to office environments and working professionals of color.
Suit Dreams also hosts educational workshops and social events to foster the fundamentals of confidence, chivalry, networking and civic engagement.
5th Annual Suit Drive Fundraiser on May 2, 2015 at Parlor Private Members Club and Event Space in New York, NY. The event will begin at 12:00 pm and will be chaired by Suit Dreams founder and Wall Street executive, Jerrell Horton. In addition to the fundraiser, the organization has started a GoFundMe page for financial donations.
